The web app runs on phones, tablets, and laptops. Its pilot roster software gives each participating Event control of staff, Pilot records, schedules, roles, message groups, enrollment links, and reporting options. Event data remains separate from a Pilot's personal Crew Call account.
Messages can cover flag status, briefing and launch changes, safety information, general Event updates, and acknowledgment requests. Balloon Event Ops supports operations; it does not replace on-field emergency procedures, briefings, radios, or official field commands.
General Event platforms are strong at attendee tickets, badges, floor plans, or conference engagement. Balloon Event Ops centers the balloon field: Pilot and aircraft records, current-document review, Event waivers, launch sessions, operational flags, acknowledgments, propane status, and a Vendor module that stays separate from the Pilot roster.

Balloon Crew Call is the separate iPhone and iPad app for a Pilot or crew chief organizing their own ground crew and sending crew-call messages through Apple Messages or the new private SMS option. Balloon Event Ops remains the festival-wide platform for Organizers, Balloonmeisters, Pilots, staff, Vendors, registrations, and field operations.
