Balloon Crew Call Messaging Terms

These terms apply to Balloon Crew Call, an individual balloon-crew management and messaging service owned and operated by Sagebrush Building Automation LLC.
Program description
Balloon Crew Call lets an account owner or authorized account administrator organize a private ground-crew roster, manage crew invitations and responses, and send crew-related operational communications. Messages may include flight or weather status, launch and meeting details, schedule changes, recruiting responses, attendance requests, and safety notices.
SMS consent and eligibility
Server-sent SMS may be sent only to crew members who provide a mobile number and actively agree to receive Balloon Crew Call operational text messages on the hosted consent form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Imported contacts and anyone without recorded consent are excluded from server-sent SMS.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to crew operations and may increase around scheduled flights or events. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Reply START to resume after opting out. Reply HELP for assistance. For additional support, email support@ballooneventops.com.
Acceptable use
Account owners and administrators must send messages only for legitimate operations involving their own crew, honor consent and opt-out choices, protect account access, and comply with applicable laws and carrier requirements. Purchased lists, unsolicited advertising, third-party marketing, misleading content, harassment, and unlawful or prohibited content are not allowed.
Operational and safety limitation
Balloon Crew Call is a coordination aid. It is not an emergency service and must not be the only method used for emergency or safety-critical communications. Pilots and crew remain responsible for appropriate briefings, field commands, radios, emergency procedures, regulatory compliance, and sound operational judgment.
Delivery and availability
Message delivery depends on mobile carriers, recipient devices, network conditions, valid contact information, and service availability. Delivery timing is not guaranteed. Features may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued when required for security, legal compliance, carrier compliance, maintenance, or service operation.
Privacy
Use of Balloon Crew Call is governed by the Balloon Crew Call Privacy Policy. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
